My October Favorites!

Revlon ColorStay Foundation

This is soooo good for people with combination and oily skin. I heard a lot about this all over YouTube so I was really anxious to try it! It kind of gives you a duey finish but yet it also gives you a matte finish in a way. It does come to dry a little quickly so do not blot all over your face and then start on an area. Blot one spot/section and then move on to different areas. Other than that this was worth the purchase. I did not expect this from a Drug Store foundation. I've tried MANY but I was always not happy with the outcome. I do recommend this to everyone! I am a C3 in MAC Studio Finish Powder. In this foundation I am a Medium Beige (240). Also, my T-Zone looks horrible after 3-4 hours of wearing my MAC but with this foundation.......NOPE!!!

Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder

First off, AMAZING! Second off, it smells soooooooooooooo good. I dust this over my ColorStay Foundation and it looks excellent. I use the 004 Sandstorm but they do have a translucent pressed powder for anyone who prefers that. It really does give you a nice matte finish, flawless. I can't help but smell the powder every time I apply it. Trust me, you'll know what I'm talking about once you purchase this yourself and try it!

OVERALL THOUGHTS:

These two together work so well for me. After about 8 hours through the day I do see a little fade but not drastic or extremely noticeable! I absolutely love my MAC Studio Fix Foundation Powder but after 3-4 hours my T-Zone was a hot mess and you could start to see my redness and blemishes which I hate to expose, but who doesn't!? So this is my alternative! It gives me my MAC finish that I love at the cheapest price! I've never been so satisfied and happy with a drugstore purchase (foundation wise).
